Easy Keto Recipes
I started doing Keto when I was trying to lose the baby weight and it is the the only diet that works for me because I treat it like a lifestyle instead of a diet. I try to eat only 10 g of net carbs or less a day Monday-Friday and then allow myself to eat what I want within reason on the weekends (and I still drink my vino during the week). I love cheese/dairy so this is a sustainable diet for me! Below are some of my favorite super easy Keto recipes!
Greek Zoodle Salad – I did’t have red peppers at the time but it was still good
*Keto Cesar Salad- I just made up its just romaine, shaved parmesan, parmesan crisps, and I added sun-dried tomatoes and caesar dressing
Working Out When Working from Home!
I work from home MWF with just me and babe so it’s really hard to find the time to get to the gym! I am a new addict of Obe Fitness. You can work out in your living room with celebrity trainer Megan Roup (among many other awesome trainers!). She trains a lot of Victoria Secret models so I figured it was a no brainer. I saw a HUGE difference in my body once I started doing this and I lost my baby weight after 4 months of having Asher. She does a sculpt class and a dance cardio class both are amazing to do back to back! Asher also finds it funny to watch me dance around the living room which is an added bonus!
